The bus stops were very hard to find.
There was no information when getting on the bus about headphones being available and because we had to rush on we weren’t told any information.
The second bus had music playing instead of the commentary. Luckily we figured out how to use our AirPods so got to hear some info.
The bus went so fast past sights the commentary kept jumping to the next piece of information before we heard everything and the sound kept cutting in and out.
It’s cheaper than others but I guess this is why!05/12/2024 -

We picked a bad day to do the bus trip.
It was pouring with rain, the bus was packed with wet passengers so the bus had steamed up. Viewing was difficult. However we got up stairs things did improve. The courier on board was brilliant though trying to be positive an point out things05/12/2024 -

Great way to see all the highlights of this fantastic city. Plan where you want to stop off before you go. Try and go early as it gets busy. Very well organised.
